We have developed a new system for our annual reviews for diabetes, COPD, asthma and coronary heart disease. You will now be asked to call a direct number to book this as one holistic review in order to make the most of your appointment. This will be with a Nurse who has been especially trained and your blood results and notes will have been reviewed by a doctor first. We hope this is more convenient for patients and optimising your care.
